Meet Bob Waller

I have been surrounded by construction and old buildings for all of my life. I spent most weekends of my youth with my grandfathers, either at the shop or on a construction site somewhere. I attended Pickaway Ross Vocational School Carpentry Program where I won a National Skills USA contest in 1995. After high school I attended college for one year for Construction Management, but decided I needed to go to work instead of school. I got to experience working on several high-end residential projects early in my career in the late 90’s.Then at the end of 1999, I started my own business and have built or worked in many facets of construction from residential and commercial construction to restoration and shop work. From new construction to 200-year-old buildings. For the last several years our focus has been on historical renovation/restoration with an emphasis on making historical buildings economically feasible for modern uses.

I have two adult daughters and live in Chillicothe, Ohio at the location of my grandfather’s shop where I spent my childhood.
